After extensive damage to my knee, I went to a dr who claimed it was arthritis... cortisone shots dulled the pain but caused weakness. My homeopath suggested I add CollaGEN my daily regimen. A couple weeks later, my knee started to feel stronger. There is still pain, and it is not fully healed, but it was a definite improvement. I even suggested it to a coworker who damaged his knee playing soccer. Good stuff! Favorite flavor is the citrus salt. And it has absolutely NO maltodextrin or aspartame like many other mixes!
