After extensive damage to my knee, I went to a dr who claimed it was arthritis... cortisone shots dulled the pain but caused weakness. My homeopath suggested I add CollaGEN my daily regimen. A couple weeks later, my knee started to feel stronger. There is still pain, and it is not fully healed, but it was a definite improvement. I even suggested it to a coworker who damaged his knee playing soccer. His damage was not as severe as mine, but he told me he was able to workout without issue and his recovery after working out was faster.

Good stuff! Favorite flavor is the citrus salt. And it has absolutely NO maltodextrin or aspartame like many other mixes!
